Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business days.
Orders placed by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are dispatched the same day.
Please note:
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Tracking Information

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available at checkout for eligible orders.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Excluding U.S. public holidays.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must not be collected without prior confirmation.
Availability of local pickup may vary depending on product availability and operational capacity.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped.
Due to our fast processing times, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility.
Approved cancellations made prior to shipment will receive a refund to the original payment method.
