Tracking Shows No Movement
Please note that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows no movement for 5 business days, please contact us and we will review the situation and, where appropriate, work with the carrier to investigate.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with other members of your household.

Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Orders placed by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are dispatched the same day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
