We provide a one-year limited warranty on all our products, starting from the date the order is delivered to the customer.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.
If a defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, improper installation, accidents, or water exposure.
Proof of purchase and delivery confirmation may be required to make a warranty claim.

- Full name used for the purchase
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the defect
- Wait for written confirmation and further instructions before returning any item.
What Happens Next
After reviewing your claim, we will:
- Confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty
- Provide repair, replacement, or alternative resolution instructions
- Provide return instructions if required
Customers must not ship products back without prior authorization.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving warranty coverage.
