Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to our error
(defective product, incorrect item, or damage during transit):
We cover return shipping costs for U.S. orders.
If the return is due to customer preference
(change of mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer needed):
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
