At HONKUP, we are committed to building every product using only genuine, brand-new components. We do not use used, refurbished, replica, imitation, or counterfeit parts in our products.
Component Sourcing
The components used in HONKUP products are purchased new through authorized U.S. retail channels for the applicable brands. We do not source counterfeit or imitation components.
Build Process
HONKUP products are custom-built in California. During our build process, internal components may be modified or replaced, a horn system is installed, and each completed product is tested before shipment.
Quality & Authenticity Checks
Each component is inspected when received, and each finished product goes through a final inspection before an order is fulfilled. We also retain purchase documentation for the components used in our products.
What Customers Are Buying
Customers are purchasing a HONKUP product, covered by the HONKUP warranty. Brand names are used only to identify compatibility with the corresponding battery and tool platforms.
