1. How fast is the shipping?

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day. Orders placed by 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are dispatched the same day.
Most U.S. orders arrive approximately 3–4 business days after the order has been processed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, carrier operational issues, high seasonal volume, or national and regional holidays. For complete details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

2. Does the package include a battery and charger?

By default, the portable horn does not include a battery or charger.
However, you can easily add them as an optional upgrade — available right here on our website.

3. What’s included in the box? Does it come with the drill? 

The trail air horn arrives fully assembled, exactly as shown in the photos.
No drill or extra tools are needed — just attach the battery, and it’s ready to blast!

4. Are the drills brand new or refurbished?

Every horn is built using 100% brand-new drills and parts — nothing refurbished, nothing reused. Fresh builds only.

5. What about returns?

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date. Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund Policy. Please see our Refund Policy for complete return conditions and instructions.

6. Is there a warranty?

Yes! Every handheld horn comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering any manufacturing defects or performance issues.
If something goes wrong, just reach out — we’ll repair or replace it quickly and hassle-free.

7. Which batteries does each horn work with?

Each horn is designed to work only with the battery platform specified in the product listing. Please review the product description carefully to ensure compatibility before purchasing.

8. Are you affiliated with the tool brands?

No. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any power tool manufacturer. Any references to tool brands are used solely to describe compatibility and the style of the products offered.

9. Are these products custom-built?

Yes. Each product is individually assembled and inspected prior to shipment. Product specifications and included components are described in each product listing.
